Manage the users of your platform

The Users page brings together everything about the accounts on your platform: creating and editing users, managers, attribution criteria, import and export.

 Accessing the Users page

Click Users in the menu. You can also open your account menu (top right) and select My company.

💡 Can't see this menu? Your profile may not have the required permission. Contact your dedicated advisor or submit a request to customer support.

You only see the accounts within your scope: the users who report to you, directly or indirectly.

Where to start

Are you a company with a few sales reps? Read this article, then Add a user, Edit a user and Delete a user.

Do you pass your leads on to a partner network (dealers, independent installers, distributors, franchisees or branches)? Read the same articles, then Set up a user's attribution criteria, User map and coverage, Managers and org chart and Import users.

The three tabs

At the top of the page, choose which accounts to display:

  • Users: the accounts that handle leads (sales reps, installers, managers, assistants…).
  • Qualification accounts: the accounts of your qualification team, if your platform uses the Qualification module. They have their own profiles and never receive leads from the attribution engine (see Set up user profiles, section "Qualification account or user account?").
  • Special accounts: group accounts and duplicated accounts (see Special accounts).

Three views: List, Org chart, Map

The icons at the top right switch from one view to another:

Qualification accounts have a List view and a Map view. They do not appear in the org chart.

The indicators

The indicators at the top of the page apply to the accounts displayed: they update with every search or filter. Click a counter to filter the list.

  • Users: number of accounts matching your filters.
  • Signed in: accounts that have signed in at least once.
  • Blocked accounts: inactive accounts. They can no longer sign in or receive leads.
  • Paused accounts: active accounts whose lead assignment is suspended.
  • Connect accounts: accounts linked to the same user on another Oplead platform. This counter only appears if you have any.
  • No notification: users with both email and SMS notifications turned off. These are the users most likely to miss a lead.

Searching and filtering

The search bar accepts a last name, first name, company or login.

The Filter button offers: Profile, Segment, Notifications (email, SMS), Login status (logged in at least once / never logged in), Status (active, paused, inactive), Located and Connect.

In the list, icons next to the name flag an account that has never logged in, is inactive (name struck through), is paused, is linked through Connect, or has an address that could not be located.

The Managers column shows who the account reports to: there can be more than one. The Attached column shows how many users this account can see.

🤝 For partner networks: the company name appears under each user, so you can easily tell your partners apart.

Exporting the list

  1. Filter the list if needed: the export includes the accounts displayed.
  2. Click Export.
  3. Choose the columns: account, address, contact details, manager, attribution criteria, last activity, etc.
  4. Confirm: the CSV file downloads.

✅ You can edit the exported file and import it again as is. It is the simplest way to update many accounts at once (see Import users).

Editing several users at once

Tick the accounts you want to change. To select every account in the filter, click Select all N in the filter. Then choose an action:

  • Attribution: add or remove attribution criteria.
  • Notifications: turn email and SMS notifications on or off.
  • Status: set the accounts to Active, Paused or Inactive.
  • Delete: see Delete a user.

To avoid mistakes, each action takes two clicks: the button shows Sure? before applying the change.
