What does the automatic e-mail report contain ?
Depending on their user profile and parameters, users receive a detailed report including :
1. Visual identity : display of your company, network or manufacturer logo.
2. Filtering of leads by period (weekly or monthly).
3. Quick access to your platform : each report contains interactive buttons for direct access to the “Follow-up” tab, pre-filtered according to the selected status (Process, Overdue, In progress, Won).
4. Lead overview : The mail displays up to 2 lead names per category. To view the complete list, simply click on the corresponding button and access the platform.
5. Detailed lead tracking, organized by status:

Example: a January 2025 report will show leads received in January and still awaiting action.
⚫Late (grey section): leads requiring an action scheduled over the report period but not yet carried out (appointment, quotation reminder, customer callback,...).
Example: a lead with a quotation to follow up in January 2025 will appear here if it has not been processed.

Example: a lead received in January and marked as “In progress” will appear in this category.
🟢Won (green section): summary of the volume and amount of sales made during the reporting period.
Example: Leads passed as “Sales” in January 2025 will be counted here.
